BUSH FIRES ACT 1949—PROCLAMATION

I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, A.C., Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 41I of the Bush Fires Act 1949, do, by this my Proclamation, amend Schedule 3 to that Act by inserting in alphabetical order under the heading “Shires of:” the word “Tumut”.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
The purpose of this Proclamation is to enable the Co-ordinating Committee and Chief Co-ordinator under the Bush Fires Act 1949 to exercise their powers, authorities, duties and functions in the Tumut local government area.
