BUSH FIRES ACT 1949—PROCLAMATION

I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, A.C., Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 41I of the Bush Fires Act 1949, do, by this my Proclamation, amend Schedule 3 to that Act:
| (a) | by inserting after the words “Coff’s Harbour” under the heading “Shires of:”, the word “Coolah”; and |
| (b) | by inserting after the word “Maclean” under the heading “Shires of:”, the words “Moree Plains’’. |

EXPLANATORY NOTE
The purpose of this Proclamation is to amend Schedule 3 to the Bush Fires Act 1949 so as to include the Shires of Coolah and Moree Plains among the local government areas within which all the powers, authorities, duties and functions of the Co-ordinating Committee and the Chief Co-ordinator under that Act may be exercised or discharged.
