1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Burwood Local Environmental Plan No 73.

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to land at 302–314 Parramatta Road, Burwood, being Lot 2, DP 735711, as shown edged heavy black on the map marked “Burwood Local Environmental Plan No 73” deposited in the office of Burwood Council.

4      Amendment of Burwood Planning Scheme Ordinance
