This Plan is Burwood Local Environmental Plan No 71.

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to Lot 1, DP 329914, 135–137 Liverpool Road, Burwood, as shown edged heavy black on the map marked “Burwood Local Environmental Plan No 71” deposited in the office of Burwood Council.
