1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Burwood Local Environmental Plan 2012 (Amendment No 18).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation

website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to land at 1–1A Cheltenham Road, Croydon, being Lot 1, DP

817488.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Burwood Local Environmental Plan 2012 are amended or

replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the local plan-making

authority on the making of this Plan.

[1]      Part 6 Additional local provisions

Insert at the end of the Part, with appropriate clause numbering—

Development on land at 1–1A Cheltenham Road, Croydon

(1)

This clause applies to land at 1–1A Cheltenham Road, Croydon, being Lot 1,

DP 817488.

(2)

Development consent must not be granted to development on land to which

this clause applies unless the consent authority is satisfied that the proposed

development will adequately address vehicular and service access.

Insert at the end of the Schedule, with appropriate clause numbering—

Use of certain land at 1–1A Cheltenham Road, Croydon

This clause applies to land at 1–1A Cheltenham Road, Croydon, being Lot 1,

DP 817488.

Development for the following purposes is permitted with development

consent—

food and drink premises,

(b)

garden centres,

(c)

hardware and building supplies,

(d)

landscaping material supplies,

(e)

plant nurseries,

specialised retail premises,
