BURS WOOD PARK AMENDMENT BY-LAWS 1996

Made by the Burswood Park Board and approved by His Excellency the

Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.     These by-laws may be cited as the Burswood Park Amendment By-laws

1996.  

Principal by-laws

2.     In these by-laws the Burswood Park By-laws 1988* are referred to as the

principal by-laws.

By-law 19 amended

3.     By-law 19 (a) of the principal by-laws is amended by inserting after

"offensive" the following —

or obscene

By-law 20 repealed and a by-law substituted

4.     By-law 20 of the principal by-laws is repealed and the following by-law is

Disorderly behaviour prohibited

20.     A person shall not behave in a disorderly manner on the

reserve, whether as a result of being affected by alcohol or

otherwise.

Penalty: $1 000.

Schedule amended

5.     The Schedule to the principal by-laws is amended by deleting the

following item —

" 20 Entering reserve while intoxicated 25

Made by resolution of the Board on 23rd August 1995.
