BURS WOOD PARK AMENDMENT BY-LAWS 1991

Made by the Burswood Park Board and approved by His Excellency the

Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.     These by-laws may be cited as the Burswood Park Amendment By-laws

1991.

By-law 30 amended

3.     By-law 30 of the principal by-laws is amended by deleting "A" and

substituting the following —

" Subject to by-law 30A, a

By-law 30A inserted

4.     After by-law 30 of the principal by-laws the following by-law is

inserted —

and

Dogs shall be restrained at all times

30A. that at all times whilst on the reserve, the dog is restrained by (1) A person may bring a dog onto the reserve, provided

the person responsible for the dog by means of a chain, cord, leash or harness of sufficient strength and not exceeding a length of 3 metres.
