BURSARIES (VALIDATION) ACT.

Act No. 48, 1952.

An Act to validate the payment of amounts in respect of bursaries awarded under the Bur­ sary Endowment Act, 1912, in excess of the amounts prescribed in respect thereof by the Finances Adjustment (Further Provisions) Act, 1932; for this purpose to amend the Finances Adjustment (Further Provisions) Act, 1932, in certain respects; and for pur­ poses connected therewith. [Assented to, 3rd December, 1952.]

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legis­	lative Council and Legislative Assembly of New South
Wales in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—
1. (1) This Act may he cited as the "Bursaries (Validation) Act, 1952."
(2) This Act shall be deemed to have commenced on the first day of January, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-nine.
2. The Finances Adjustment (Further Provisions) Act, 1932, is amended by omitting section six. COAL
