"The Bureau of Industry Acts, 1932 to 1934 " [ASSENTED TO 10TH DECEMBER, 1935.] B E it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legis- lativeAssemblyof Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:- Short title l. This Act may be cited as " The Bureau of Industry : ~ ~ structioD Act of 1935," and shall be read as one with *" The Bureau of Industry Acts, 1932 to 1934." V. No. 25, 24 Geo. V. No. 16, and 25 Geo. V. No. 28, supra, pages 14214, 14617, and 14986.
INDUSTRY-INSANITY. 26 GEO. V. No. 34, 1935. Insanity Act Amendment Act. Provided always that any such rescission, amendment, variation, or addition shall not affect any right, privilege, obligation, or liability acquired, accrued, or incurred under any such Order in Council which shall be so rescinded, amended, varied, or added to, or any legal proceeding or remedy in respect of any such right, privilege, obligation, or liability; and any such legal proceeding or remedy may be instituted, continued, or enforced notwithstanding any such rescission, variation, amendment, or addition. 15445 INFANT LIFE PROTECTION.
