338 Burdekin River Development Acts Repeal Act 1980, No. 25 BE IT ENACTED by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:-- 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the Burdekin River Development Acts Repeal Act 1980. 2. Commencement . This Act shall commence on 1 July, 1980. 3. Dissolution of Authority. The Burdekin River Authority constituted under The Burdekin River Development Acts, 1949 to 1959, is dissolved and the appointment of each of the members of that Authority is terminated. 4.
