Further to proceedings before Fair Work Australia on 24 March 2010, the application for the approval of the Burbank Plumbing Certified Agreement 2010 – 2013 is dismissed as the requirements of s.181(2) of the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth) regarding when an employer may request employees to approve a proposed enterprise agreement were not complied with.
