described in the Schedule to this Act, shall on the com- mencement of this Act cease to be operated until the Governor otherwise declares, and the material thereof may be removed from the said railway and be used in -the construction or maintenance of any other authorised railway, or may be otherwise disposed of.

SCHEDULE.

Banbury Racecourse Railway.

Description of Line of Railway.

Commencing at or near a point on the Bunbury-Boyanup Railway 1 mile 58 chains or thereabouts from its commencing point at Ban- bury (such last-mentioned commencing point being distant about 74 chains from the centre of Banbury Station Platform), and proceeding thence in a generally South-West by Southerly direction for about 1 mile 22 chains; thence in a generally South-East by Southerly direc- tion for about 21 chains, and terminating at a point South-West of Reserve No. 153A, Banbury Racecourse. Total length 1 mile 43 chains. Constructed under the Act No. 16 of 1897.
