Made by the Bunbury Port Authority.

Citation

(a)	in item 1 (a) —
(i) by deleting "No. 1 Berth" and substituting the following —
" Berth 1 "; and

1. These regulations may be cited as the Bunbury Port Authority

Amendment Regulations 1996.

Principal regulations

2. In these regulations the Bunbury Port Authority Regulations 1962* are

referred to as the principal regulations.

Schedule 2 amended

3.(1) Table 2 of Part 1 of Schedule 2 to the principal regulations is

amended —

(ii) by deleting "No. 2 Berth" and substituting the following -

Berth 2

and

(b)	in item 1 (b) -
(i) by deleting "No. 1 Berth" and substituting the following -

Berth 3 ";and

by deleting "No. 2 Berth" and substituting the following -

Berth 5 ".

(2) Table 3 of Part 1 of Schedule 2 to the principal regulations is

amended -

(a)	in paragraph (a) -
(i) by deleting "No. 1 Berth" and substituting the following -

Berth 1 ";

(ii) by deleting "No. 2 Berth" and substituting the following -

Berth 2 ";and

(iii)	by deleting "0.84" in both	places where it occurs and
substituting in each place the	following -

1.05 ";

(b)	in paragraph (b) -
(i) by deleting "No. 1 Berth" and substituting the following -

Berth 3 ";and

(ii) by deleting "No. 2 Berth" and substituting the following -

Berth 5 ";

and

(c) in paragraph (c), by deleting " "A" Berth" and substituting the

following -

Berth 4 ".

(3) Table 4 of Part 1 of Schedule 2 to the principal regulations is

amended in item 1 -

(a) by deleting "1.99" and substituting the following -

is 1.25 "; and

(b) by deleting "2.40" in both places where it occurs and substituting

in each place the following -

94 2.10 ".

Passed by a resolution of the Bunbury Port Authority at a meeting of the Authority held on 16th July 1996,
