BLTNBURY PORT AUTHORITY AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1995

Made by the Bunbury Port Authority.

Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Bunbury Port Authority

Amendment Regulations 1995.

Commencement

2. These regulations come into operation on 1 July 1995.

Principal regulations

3. In these regulations the Bunbury Port Authority Regulations 1962* are

referred to as the principal regulations.

Regulation 43B amended

4. Regulation 43B of the principal regulations is amended by deleting "the

gross registered tonnage of the vessel and".

Schedule 2 amended

5. (1) Table 1 of Part 1 of Schedule 2 to the principal regulations is

amended —

(a)	in item 2 (a) (i), by deleting "$0.66" and substituting the following —
" $0.60 ".
(b)	in item 2 (a) (ii), by deleting "$0.75" and substituting the following —
" $0.63 ".
(c)	in item 2 (b) (i), by deleting 10.0275" and substituting the following —
" $0.025 "; and
(d)	in item 2 (b) (ii), by deleting "$0.0313" and substituting the following —
" $0.0263 "

" 94 ";and

(2) Table 2 of Part 1 of Schedule 2 to the principal regulations is

amended —

(a)	in item 1 (a) —
(i) by deleting "120" and substituting the following —

(ii) by deleting "236" and substituting the following -

" 180

and

(b)	in item l(b)—
(1) by deleting "364" and substituting the following -

292         ";and

(ii) by deleting "196" and substituting the following -

(3) Table 4 of Part 1 of Schedule 2 to the principal regulations is

amended -

(a)	in item l(a)—
(1) by deleting 02.90" and substituting the following -

1.99 "; and

(ii) by deleting "3.40' and substituting the following -

2.40

and

(b)	in item 1 (b), by deleting "3.40" and substituting the following -
" 2.40

Schedule 4 repealed and a Schedule substituted

6. Schedule 4 to the principal regulations is repealed and the following

Schedule is substituted -

PART A - PILOTAGE DUES

Pilotage service Charge

1.	Pilotage of a vessel into and out of the Port (charge applies once for both services)	$2100.00
2.	Pilotage of a vessel from (or to) a berth within the Port to (or
from) a place at or near the pilot boarding ground	$1050.00
3.	Pilotage of a vessel being moved within than as mentioned in the Port (otherwise
item 2)	$1050.00

PART B - PILOT DETENTION DUES

1. Detention of a pilot $525.00 for each hour
or part of an hour

1. Cancellation of pilot $525.00

in the presence of—
