BUNBURY PORT AUTHORITY AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1990

Made by the Bunbury Port Authority.

Citation

1.   These regulations may be cited as the Bunbury Port Authority Amendment

Regulations 1990.

Commencement

2.    These regulations shall come into operation on 1 July 1990.

Principal regulations

3.    In these regulations the regulations made by the Bunbury Harbour Board

and published in the Gazette on 30 October 1962* are referred to as the

principal regulations.

Regulation lA inserted

4.    After the heading "Part 1—General" of the principal regulations the

following regulation is inserted—

Citation

" 1A. These regulations may be cited as the Bunbury Port Authority

Regulations 1962. "

Regulation 82 amended

5.    Regulation 82 of the principal regulations is amended in subregulation (1)

by deleting "17", "14" and "three" and substituting the following respec-

tively "18", "15" and "4".

Second Schedule amended

6.    The Second Schedule to the principal regulations is amended in Part IV—

(a)

under the item headed "Water—" by deleting "$0.70" and substituting " $0.75 ";

(b) under the item headed "Wharf Receival Hopper Hire—" by deleting 10.32"; and substituting the following—

$0.33 "; and

(c)

under the item headed "Harbour Improvement Dues—" by deleting "15" " 16 ".

Passed by a resolution of the Bunbury Port Authority at a meeting of the

Authority held on 24 April 1990.
