AN ACT to amend the Sunbury Harbour Board

Act, 1909-1954.

[Assented to 9th December, 1957.]

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most ExcellentMajesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Bunbury aligretigttrm

Harbour Board Act Amendment Act, 1957.

(2) In this Act the Bunbury Harbour Board Act,

1909-1954,

Act No. 22 of 1909 as amended by Act No. 73 of

1954 and as affected by Act No. 38 of 1928,

is referred to as the principal Act.

(3) The principal Act as amended by this Act may be cited as the Bunbury Harbour Board Act, 1909-1957.

(2a) Prescribing the fees payable to the Chairman and each member of the Board for every ordinary meeting of the Board which he attends, and the total amount of fees which may be paid to the Chairman and each member in any year.
