AN ACT to amend the Sunbury Electric Lighting

Act, 1911.

of the same, as follows :—

1.    This Act may be cited as the Bunbury Electric Light- Short title.

with the Bunbury Electric Lighting Act, 1911, herein-

2.    Section four of the principal Act, as amended by Amendment of s.

the Act No. 12 of 1924, is hereby amended by substituting the words " thirty-five thousand pounds " for the words " twenty-five thousand pounds " in paragraph (b) of the first proviso in the said section.
