AN ACT to amend the Bunbury Electric Lighting

Act, 1911.

[Assented to 9th December, 1924.]

BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, byCouncil and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, inand with the advice and consent of the Legislative

this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of

the same, as follows :-

Short title

1. This Act may be cited as the Bunbury Electric

Lighting Act Amendment Act, 1924, and shall be read as

one with the Bunbury Electric Lighting Act, 1911, herein-

after referred to as the principal Act.

2. Section four of the principal Act is hereby amended, t=inonont of

as follows :-

(1.) The words " twenty-five thousand pounds " are substituted for the words " fifteen thousand pounds " in paragraph (b) of the first proviso in the said section, and such amendment shall have effect as from the commencement of the principal Act ; and

(2.) The words " or the borrowing is ratified by the Governor " are added to the second proviso in the said section.
