BULK HANDLING AMENDMENT REGULATIONS (No. 2) 1996

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Bulk Handling Amendment

Regulations (No. 2) 1996.

Regulation 13 amended

2. Regulation 13 (3) of the Bulk Handling Regulations 1967* is amended by

deleting "two hundred dollars" and substituting the following —

" $1 000 ".
