BULK HANDLING AMENDMENT REGULATIONS (No. 2) 1993

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.
Citation
1. These regulations may be cited as the Bulk Handling Amendment Regulations
(No. 2) 1993.
Regulation 12 amended

2.   Regulation 12 (4) of the Bulk Handling Act Regulations 1967* is repealed.
