Bulk Handling Amendment Regulations 2000

Made by the Administrator in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Bulk Handling
Amendment Regulations 2000.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation on 1 July 2000.

3.            Regulation 28 amended

Regulation 28(c) of the Bulk Handling Act Regulations 1967* is amended by deleting "$100" and inserting instead —

" $165 ".
