BULK HANDLING ACT 1967

BULK HANDLING AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1994

Made by the Lieutenant Governor and deputy of the Governor in Executive

Council.

Citation

1.     These regulations may be cited as the Bulk Handling Amendment

Regulations 1994.

Commencement

2.      These regulations come into operation on 1 July 1994.

Regulation 28 amended

3.      Regulation 28 of the Bulk Handling Act Regulations 1967* is amended in

paragraph (c) by deleting "$84" and substituting the following —

$87 ".
