BULK HANDLING AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1992

Made by His Excellency the Lieutenant-Governor and Administrator in

Executive Council.

Citation

1.     These regulations may be cited as the Bulk Handling Amendment

Regulations 1992.

Regulation 28 amended

2.      Regulation 28 of the Bulk Handling Act Regulations 1967* is amended in

By His Excellency's Command, D. G. BLIGHT, Clerk of the Council.

paragraph (c) by deleting "$74" and substituting the following —
