BULK HANDLING AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1990

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.
Citation
1. These regulations may be cited as the Bulk Handling Amendment Regula-
tions 1990.
Regulation 28 amended
2. Regulation 28 of the Bulk Handling Act Regulations 1967* is amended in

paragraph (c) by deleting "$72" and substituting the following—

" $74 ".
