AN ACT to amend the Bulk Handling Act 1967-1982.

[Assented to 10 December 1982.]

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most ExcellentMajesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Bulk 2vigtgall.

2.    This Act shall be deemed to come into opera-

ment.

tion on the day that the Wheat Marketing Amend-

ment Act 1982 comes into operation.

Section 51

amended.

3.

Section 51 of the principal Act is amended

(a)

by inserting after the section designation "51." the subsection designation "(1)";

(b)

in paragraph (d), by inserting before "instead" the following-

" subject to subsection (2) of this section " ; and

(c)

by inserting the following subsection

(2) The charges referred to in para-

graph (d) of subsection (1) of this section in respect of wheat shall be such as are determined by the Company having regard to any agreement between the Company and the Board as defined in the Wheat Marketing Act

1979 providing for the remuneration of

the Company for its services, with the exception of the remuneration to which the Company is entitled pursuant to section 34A. " .
