AN ACT to amend section 13 of the Bulk Handling

Act 1967-1981.

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most ExcellentMajesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Bulk narLIWLI.

Section 13

amended. 2. Section 13 of the principal Act is amended

(a) by deleting "the Company may purchase" and substituting the following-

" the Company may, and shall be deemed always to have been empowered to, purchase " ; and

(b) by deleting "one-fifth part" and substitut- ing the following-

" 40% " .
