Bulk Handling Act Amendment Regulations

(No. 2) 2013

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Bulk Handling Act Amendment
Regulations (No. 2) 2013.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a) regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these

regulations are published in the Gazette;

(b) the rest of the regulations — on the day on which the

Commercial Arbitration Act 2012 section 44 comes into operation.

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Bulk Handling Act
Regulations 1967.

4.             Regulation 32 amended

In regulation 32 delete “Commercial Arbitration Act 1985.” and

insert:

Commercial Arbitration Act 2012.
