Regulations 2002

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Bulk Handling Act
Amendment Regulations 2002.

2.            Commencement

28 June 2002 GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, WA 304:3

3.             The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Bulk Handling
Act Regulations 1967*.

4.             Regulation 28 amended

Regulation 28(c) is amended by deleting -$220" and inserting instead —

" $247.50 "
