Bulk Handling Act Amendment Regulations

2001

Made by the deputy of the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Bulk Handling Act
Amendment Regulations 2001.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation on 1 July 2001.

3.            Regulation 28 amended

Regulation 28(c) of the Bulk Handling Act Regulations 1967* is amended by deleting "$165" and inserting instead —

" $220 ".
