BULK HANDLING ACT AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1997

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.     These regulations may be cited as the Bulk Handling Act Amendment

Regulations 1997.

Regulation 28 amended

2.     Regulation 28 of the Bulk Handling Act Regulations 1967* is amended in

paragraph (c) by deleting "$94" and substituting the following —

" $96 ".
