BULK HANDLING ACT 1967

BULK HANDLING ACT AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1996

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

By His Excellency's Command, J. PRITCHARD, Clerk of the Council.

Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Bulk Handling Act Amendment

Regulations 1996.

Commencement

2. These regulations come into operation on the day after the day on which

they are published in the Gazette.

Regulation 28 amended

3. Regulation 28 (c) of the Bulk Handling Act Regulations 1967* is

amended by deleting "$90" and substituting the following —

" $94 ".
