AN ACT to amend the Bulk Handling

Act, 19354961.

[Assented to 25th November, 1963.]

RE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

Short title

and citation. 1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Bulk

Handling Act Amendment Act, 1963.

Section twenty-six A of the principal Act is amended by adding after the word, "time", being the last word in paragraph (6), the passage, ", or alternatively the Company may apply the moneys available for redemption of the debentures of its then current issue in payment during each year of the term of the debentures of such part of the amount thereof as is proportionate to that term". =de &
