Bulgarr Ngaru Medical Aboriginal Corporation Enterprise Agreement 2010.

[1] The Bulgarr Ngaru Medical Aboriginal Corporation (“the applicant”) has filed an application for the approval of an enterprise agreement titled the Bulgarr Ngaru Medical Aboriginal Corporation Enterprise Agreement 2010 (“the Agreement”).

[2] The Form F17 (Employer’s Declaration in Support of Application for Approval of Enterprise Agreement) indicated the last notice of representational rights was given on 15 February 2011 and the voting for the Agreement commenced on 2 March 2011 (c.f. s.173 and s.181 of the Fair Work Act 2009). In submissions on 29 March 2011, the applicant’s representative confirmed as being correct the dates specified in the Form F17 and, against that background, he submitted the application for the approval of the Agreement would be discontinued. A notice of discontinuance was subsequently filed. In the circumstances, the proceedings are now concluded.
