BUILDINGS (DESIGN AND SITING) (NO. 2)

An Ordinance to amend the Buildings (Design and Siting)

Ordinance 1964-1969, as amended by the Buildings

(Design and Siting) Ordinance 1970.

1.—(1.) This Ordinance may be cited as the Buildings (Design

and Siting) Ordinance (No. 2) 1970.*

(2.) Section 1 of the Buildings (Design and Siting) Ordinance

1970f is amended by omitting sub-section ( 3 . ) .

(3.) The Buildings (Design and Siting) Ordinance 1964-1969,$ as amended by the Buildings (Design and Siting) Ordinance 1970 and by this Ordinance, may be cited as the Buildings (Design and Sit­ ing) Ordinance 1964-1970.

2 . Section 13A of the Buildings (Design and Siting) Ordinance

1964-1969, as amended by the Buildings (Design and Siting) Ordi­ nance 1970, is amended by omitting sub-section (1 . ) and inserting in its stead the following sub-section:—

" (1 . ) A person who attends for the purpose of giving evidence before the Committee is entitled to receive such fees and travelling expenses in accordance with the scale in the Second Schedule to the Public Works Committee Regulations as in force from time to time under the Public Works Committee Act 1969 as the Committee determines.".
