BUILDINGS (DESIGN AND SITING)

An Ordinance to amend the Buildings (Design and

Siting) Ordinance 1964-1967.

1.—(1.) This Ordinance may be cited as the Buildings (Design and Siting) Ordinance 1969.*

(2.) The Buildings (Design and Siting) Ordinance 1964-1967,t as amended by this Ordinance, may be cited as the Buildings (Design and Siting) Ordinance 1964-1969.

2. Section 3 of the Buildings (Design and Siting) Ordinance 1964- 1967 is amended by omitting the definition of " proper authority " and inserting in its stead the following definition:—

" 'the proper authority' has the same meaning as in the Building

Ordinance 1964-1969.".
