Part 2 Amendment to commence on notification
4 Amendment of s 13A (Resuscitation sign requirements and display)
Section 13A(2)(e)— omit, insert—(e) show information about the procedures for providing first aid, including performing cardiopulmonary resuscitation in either of the following ways—(i)in the way stated in the document called ‘Guideline 7—cardiopulmonary resuscitation’ published by the Australian Resuscitation Council in February 2006;(ii)in the way stated in the document called ‘ANZCOR guideline 8—Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR)’ published by the Australian Resuscitation Council in January 2016.Note—

67 Resuscitation signs for particular regulated pools
(1)This section applies for a regulated pool if, immediately before the commencement, a resuscitation sign that complied with former section 13A(2)(e) was displayed for the pool.(2)Former section 13A(2)(e) continues to apply until the sign becomes illegible.(3)In this section—former section 13A(2)(e) means section 13A(2)(e) as in force immediately before the commencement.resuscitation sign see section 13A(4).
