AN ACT to amend the Building Societies Act, 1920-

1961.

[Assented to 27th September, 1962.]

RE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent

Majesty, by and with the advice and consent

of the Legislative Council and the Legislative

Assembly of Western Australia, in this present

Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the

same, as follows:—

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Building	Short title
and citation.

(2) In this Act the Building Societies Act, 1920- as approved for reprint

1961, is referred to as the principal Act.

amended. 2. Section five of the principal Act is amended

by substituting for "wihin" in line two of subsection

(5), the word, "within".

Section thirty-nine of the principal Act is amended by substituting for the word, "award" in the last line of the proviso to subsection (2) the word, "order".

NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to the provisions of subsection (5) of section five of the Building Societies Act, 1920, the registration of the
