Building Services (Complaint Resolution and

Administration) Amendment Regulations

(No. 2) 2014

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

Resolution and Administration) Regulations 2011.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Building Services (Complaint
Resolution and Administration) Amendment Regulations
(No. 2) 2014.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on 1 July 2014.

3.            Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Building Services (Complaint

17 June 2014 GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, WA 1959

4. Regulation 8 amended
In regulation 8(2):

(a)	in paragraph (a) delete "$51.00; and-	and insert:
$51.25; and
(b)	in paragraph (b) delete "$102.00.-	and insert:
$102.50.
