Building Services (Complaint Resolution and

Administration) Amendment Regulations 2015

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Building Services (Complaint
Resolution and Administration) Amendment Regulations 2015.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on 1 July 2015.

3.            Regulations amended

0.137%

These regulations amend the Building Services (Complaint
Resolution and Administration) Regulations 2011.

4.           Regulation 12 amended

(1) In regulation 12(2):

(a) in paragraph (a) delete "$40.50" and insert:

$61.65

(b) in paragraph (b) delete "0.09%" and insert:

(2) In regulation 12(3):

(a) in paragraph (a) delete "$40.50" and insert:

(b) in paragraph (b) delete "0.09%" and insert:

(a) in paragraph (a) delete "$81.00" and insert:
