Arrangement for conduct of election.

[1]        On 24 March 2014 the Building Service Contractors' Association of Australia -

Queensland Division, Industrial Organisation of Employers (BSCAAQLD) lodged with the
Fair Work Commission prescribed information in relation to an election.

[2] Following correspondence from the Fair Work Commission on 27 March 2014 the BSCAAQLD lodged with the Fair Work Commission on 7 April 2014 amended prescribed information in relation to an election for the following offices:

President	(1)
Vice President/Secretary	(1)
Security Division Sub Committee Representative	(1)
Executive Committee Member	(11)

[3]        I am satisfied that an election for the abovenamed offices is required to be held under

the rules of the organisation and, under subsection 189(3) of the Fair Work (Registered

Organisations) Act 2009, I am making arrangements for the conduct of the election by the

Australian Electoral Commission.
