Building Regulations² (Amendment)

I, ALLAN CLYDE HOLDING, the Minister of State for the Arts and Territories, hereby make the following Regulation under the Building Ordinance 1972.

Specialist building work

Regulation 15 of the Building Regulations is amended—

(a)by omitting paragraphs (c) and (d) and substituting the following paragraphs:

“(c)the installation of a mechanical ventilation system in a building, the modification of the structure of a mechanical ventilation system installed in a building or the removal from a building of a mechanical ventilation system that has been installed in it;

(d)building work that involves the handling of asbestos or the disturbance of loose asbestos;”; and

(b)by omitting from paragraph (f) all the words after “outbuilding” (first occurring).
