Building Regulations2 (Amendment)

The Australian Capital Territory Executive hereby makes the following Regulations under the Building Act 1972.

1. In these Regulations, “Principal Regulations” means the Building Regulations.

Interpretation

2.  Regulation 2 of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting subregulation (4).

Repeal

3.  Regulations 19, 20, 21 and 22 of the Principal Regulations are repealed.

Schedule 1

4.  Schedule 1 to the Principal Regulations is repealed.
