I, the Lieutenant-Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Building Act 2000 .18 June 2014

Regulations 17 , 18 and 40 The fire safety requirements listed below are the requirements to be reported on and inspected by the Chief Officer for their operational suitability only.
