AN ACT to continue the operation of the Building Oper- ations and Building Materials Control Act, 1945-1948.

[Assented to 22nd October, 1949.]

BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty,by and with the advice and consent of the Legis- lative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows :—

1. This Act may be cited as the Building Operations Short title.

and Building Materials Control Act Amendment (Con- tinuance) Act, 1949, and shall be read as one with the

Building Operations and Building Materials Control Act, 1945-1948 (No. 26 of 1945 as continued by No. 56 of 1946 and affected by No. 51 of 1946 and amended and con- tinued by Nos. 78 of 1947 and 6 of 1948), hereinafter referred to as the principal Act.

2.    The principal Act, as amended by this Act, may be Citation of

3. Section thirty-eight of the principal Act is ,Ikin friergment

amended by substituting for the word "forty-nine" in

line three, the word "fifty."
