AN ACT to continue the operation of the Building

Operations and Building Materials Control Act, 1945.

[Assented to 24th January, 1947.]

BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty,by and with the advice and consent of the Legis- lative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1.    This Act may be cited as the Building Operations Short title.

and Building Materials Control Act Amendment Act,

1946, and shall be read as one with the Building Opera-

tions and Building Materials Control Act, 1945 (No. 26

of 1945), hereinafter referred to as the principal Act.

2.    Section thirty-eight of the principal Act' is Amendment

of s. 38.

amended by deleting the word "forty-six" in line three, and by inserting in lieu thereof the word "forty-seven."

3. The principal Act as amended by this Act may be Citation of principal Act

cited as the Building Operations and Building Materials	as amended.
