1   Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Building Industry Fairness (Security of Payment) Amendment Regulation 2025.

2   Commencement

This regulation commences on 1 July 2025.

This regulation amends the Building Industry Fairness (Security of Payment) Regulation 2018.
