This regulation may be cited as the Building (Flammable and Combustible Liquids) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1995 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Building(FlammableandCombustibleLiquids) Regulation 1994 . ˙ Omission of s 32 (Disclosure of interests) 3. Section 32— omit. ˙ Amendment of s 48 (Disclosure of interests) 4.(1) Section 48(2), ‘, without the Panel’s approval’— omit. (2) Section 48(3)— omit. (3) Section 48(4), ‘Subsections (2) and (3) do’— omit, insert— ‘Subsection (2) does’. ˙ Amendment of s 54 (Hearing procedures) 5. Section 54(3)— omit.
