Queensland Building Boost Grant Amendment Act 2012 Act No. 4 of 2012 An Act to amend the Building Boost Grant Act 2011 for particular purposes [Assented to 17 February 2012]

Building Boost Grant Amendment Act 2012 [s 1] The Parliament of Queensland enacts— 1 Short title This Act may be cited as the Building Boost Grant Amendment Act 2012 . 2 Commencement The following provisions are taken to have commenced on 1 February 2012— (a) section 4(1) to (3); (b) sections 5 to 7. 3 Act amended This Act amends the Building Boost Grant Act 2011. 4 Amendment of s 14 (What is an eligible home purchase contract ) (1) Section 14(b), ‘1 February 2012’— omit, insert— ‘1 May 2012’. (2) Section 14(f), ‘1 February 2013’— omit, insert— ‘1 May 2013’. (3) Section 14(f), ‘1 February 2015’— omit, insert— ‘1 May 2015’. (4) Section 14(f)(i)— insert— Page 4 2012 Act No. 4
