This Declaration is the Building Australia Fund General Drawing Rights Limit Declaration 2009.

  1. Commencement

This Declaration commences on the day it is registered.

  1. General drawing rights limit for 2008–2009

For the purposes of section 109 of the Nation-building Funds Act 2008, the general drawing rights limit in relation to the financial year ending on 30 June 2009 is $1 005 000 000.
