AN ORDINANCE

To amend the Building and Services Ordinance 1924-1968.

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Ordinance under the Seat of Government

{Administration) Act 1910-1973.

BUILDING AND SERVICES ORDINANCE 1976

1. (1 ) This Ordinance may be cited as the Building and Services

Ordinance 1976.*

(2) The Building and Services Ordinance 1924-1968,f as amended

by this Ordinance, may be cited as the Building and Services	Ordinance
1924-1976.

2. Section 4 of the Building and Services Ordinance 1924-1968 is

amended—

(a) by omitting from paragraph (e) the words " One hundred dollars " and substituting the symbol and figures " $500 "; and

(b) by omitting from that paragraph the words " Ten dollars " and substituting the symbol and figures " $50 ".
